The firm was set up by a retired judge and two newly qualified lawyers, all members of the Neuchâtel Bar, and combines experience and dynamism.

It is in this spirit that the associates exercise their activity in matters of legal advice, representation and assistance before the civil, criminal and administrative courts, both at Cantonal and Federal level, and in all fields of law. The firm provides assistance with the drafting of wills, performs the functions of legal Executor and advises on matters relating to the setting up of Limited Liability Companies or Corporations.

In accordance with the Directive of the Commission on Competition of the Federal Department of Economy, the firm does not apply a set tariff but agrees its fees with each client, taking into account the client’s financial situation, the complexity of the case and the level of responsibility involved. Legal Aid may be applied for where appropriate.

For Japanese speaking clients, the firm has access to Japanese-French and Japanese-German interpreters and translators.
